Sigitaspak is perfectly aware that our machines play a crucial role during every packaging process. For this reason, Sigitaspak offers a comprehensive range of services to protect every customer’s investments offering a quick after-sales service thanks
to a team of specialists speaking several languages such as English, Russian, French and Spanish, original spare parts, always available in our stockroom, remote service and fast technical interventions on spot when required. Before each machine is ready
for take – off, each machine is tested by our team of specialist at the presence of the customer (FAT). The main purpose is to simulate each customer’s working conditions with product samples and wrapping material complying with every specific requirement
of the customers. The machines are ready only after this process has been successfully reached. Sigitaspak has also developed a customer-focused after sale program, based on two more tools:
ON LINE SAT: this program is focused on those customers who have recently bought small – medium size packaging machine or easy – to – pack products. Through On Line Sat our engineer can interact directly with the customer’s technician, simulating
the traditional Sat remotely. In this way the local technician is provided with all information to start, run the machine and trained for an optimal use of the equipment.
SIGITASPAK CUSTOMER PROTECTION PROGRAM (CPP), this tool consists of:
· Warranty extension up to 24 months
· Free remote connections for 24 months. The remote connections assure direct access to machines, monitoring the equipment, providing immediate
troubleshooting and diagnose operational issues, changing parameters, therefore reducing downtime and operating costs.
